• Troubleshoot and modify existing ASP applications.
• Understand technical requirements of each project and convey them to management.
• Create .Net web applications
• Create .Net windows application
• Troubleshoot and modify existing .Net application
• Work with existing database structures
• Design, create and implement new database design structures
• Design, build, and maintain custom solutions for internal clients using Microsoft development tools.

Job Requirements:
• Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision on short term projects.
• Requires initiative and work ethic to get the job done as requested with minimal supervision.

• 1-3 years experience creating data driven web pages using .Net.
• 1-3 years of full life cycle development experience
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005
• Bachelors degree or higher is required, preferably MIS/IT

The CSR is the front line contact with customers. The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service by efficient and accurate order taking and by resolving any questions or concerns the customer may have regarding product information, ship dates, and account information. |

• Answer 800 phone line, enter customer order, and provide product information
• Assist customer with billing and accounting information
• Assist customer with corrections, complaints and returns
• Research customer files for duplications
• Process payments
• Prepare mail orders
• Follow up on call backs and proofs
• Maintain customer files
• Performs other duties as required

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Several years of customer service experience preferred
• Proven communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Excellent grammar and clear enunciation
• Ability to excel on proofing, spelling, and grammar tests
• Clerical skills to include typing at 35 wpm, average 10 key, accurate filing and some computer experience
• Must have problem solving ability, be able to prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change
• Must have proper phone etiquette
• Must be a team player
