Duties and Responsibilities: • Answer 800 phone line, enter customer order, and provide product information
• Assist customer with billing and accounting information
• Assist customer with corrections, complaints and returns
• Research customer files for duplications
• Process payments
• Prepare mail orders
• Follow up on call backs and proofs
• Cross selling/Up selling
• Maintain customer files
• Performs other duties as required
• Proven communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Excellent grammar and clear enunciation
• Ability to excel on proofing, spelling, and grammar tests
• Clerical skills to include typing at 35 wpm, average 10 key, accurate filing and some computer experience
• Persuasive sales skills a plus (cross selling/up selling)
• Must have problem solving ability, be able to prioritize work, and handle multiple tasks
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change
• Must have proper phone etiquette
• Must be a team player
